Results vary from member to member and depend on factors outside SeaLifeHits' control, including the member's website, offer, pricing, market, experience, effort, advertising message, traffic quality, conversion rate, third-party services and general market conditions.

Past performance, previous payouts, individual success or historical results do not guarantee future performance.

2. SeaLifeHits Commissions and Payouts

SeaLifeHits may allow eligible members to earn referral commissions or other account credits under the current commission plan and applicable Terms & Conditions.

A commission shown in an account is not a promise of future income. Future commission amounts depend on qualifying activity, current program rules, valid transactions and continued compliance with the SeaLifeHits Terms & Conditions.

Payout eligibility, minimum payout levels, timing, verification, adjustments, reversals and other payout conditions are governed by the current SeaLifeHits Terms & Conditions and the applicable member-area rules.

3. Traffic and Advertising Results

Traffic credits, banner impressions, text-ad impressions, spotlight placements and similar promotional tools provide advertising exposure or website visits as described by the relevant service.

They do not guarantee sales, signups, clicks beyond the service purchased, revenue, customer quality or profitability.

The commercial result of traffic depends heavily on the member's own page, product, message, targeting, offer and follow-up process.

4. Earnings Examples, Testimonials and Member Results

If SeaLifeHits displays an earnings example, payout example, testimonial, case study, screenshot or statement from a member, it should be understood as an individual example unless expressly stated otherwise.

Individual results are not average results and are not a promise that another member will achieve the same or similar result.

Where a testimonial or third-party statement contains an earnings claim, the statement belongs to the person making it. SeaLifeHits does not treat that claim as proof of typical or guaranteed earnings.

5. Third-Party Programs and Advertisers

SeaLifeHits members may advertise independent websites, affiliate programs, products, services or business opportunities through the traffic exchange and advertising system.

SeaLifeHits does not automatically endorse, verify or guarantee the earnings, profitability, legality, solvency or performance of an independent third-party program merely because it is advertised on SeaLifeHits.

Any income claim, return estimate, testimonial or financial representation made on an independent website should be evaluated directly with that third party and verified independently before you spend money or provide personal information.

If there is a conflict between an old advertisement, old screenshot, old email or informal statement and the current official Terms & Conditions or member-area rules, the current official rules apply, subject to any mandatory legal rights.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SeaLifeHits is not responsible for a member's independent business loss, lost opportunity or unsuccessful third-party purchase merely because the member used SeaLifeHits traffic, advertising or information.

Nothing in this Earnings Disclaimer excludes or limits a right, remedy or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

SeaLifeHits may update this Earnings Disclaimer when its services, commission arrangements, advertising features or legal requirements change.
